Child and father holding hands
When a child is diagnosed with a complex or long-term condition, the diagnosis is only the beginning. While the clinical conclusion is carefully established and recorded in the health record, parents and caregivers are often left to figure out what happens next beyond healthcare. Too often, that means weeks of searching, phone calls, repeated explanations to different institutions, and new assessments along the way. As a result, connecting families to the right support can take time – and the work of navigating services becomes part of the care itself.

When applying to the new position, two things matter most – for both candidates and employers: skills and cultural fit.

2 people working
The first few months in a new company can say a lot about the work, the people, and the culture you’re stepping into. That’s why we asked two of our newest team members at Kodality to tell how their journeys have started. Vladimir joined us as a junior developer in January 2025. Anton started an internship in April 2025.

Every contribution to healthcare matters. Each step, each effort, and every visionary initiative in this demanding and rewarding field represents hope - a promise that life can be better, healthier, and longer for everyone we care about.
people with awards
At Kodality, we’re surrounded by talented people working on complex, meaningful projects. Surprisingly, for a long time, there wasn’t a great way to share all these experiences across teams. Good ideas would come and go. Clever solutions stayed locked inside project channels or one-on-one chats. We knew we were missing out — not just on the knowledge, but on the opportunity to bring people closer together. That’s how the idea for Kodality Knowledge Sharing was born.Long before it had a name, we had technical review meetings - small, casual, sometimes spontaneous. Back then, our entire company could fit around one table, and a single TV was all we needed to share ideas. It wasn’t fancy, but it worked — and it planted the seed for something bigger.
