This role is ideal for someone who:

Holds a higher education degree in IT.

Has at least 3 years of experience as an IT analyst or project manager.

Has hands-on experience with business process optimization, UML modelling and building prototypes.

Asks “why” before asking “how” and knows how to turn the answer into a plan.

Communicates clearly in both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer who is ready to join a team of top-tier professionals, in Tallinn or Tartu. In this role, you’ll be part of meaningful, high-impact work, collaborating with the team closely, learning and sharing knowledge and building software where every detail matters.
Requirements
You bring a strong foundation and you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development. In addition, you have experience contributing to large-scale projects, where teamwork, structure, and long-term maintainability matter.
You’re also comfortable with:
- Java
- Spring Framework
- Angular or similar front end frameworks
- Developing automated unit tests
- Oracle or PostgreSQL databases
- GitLab or similar version control and CI/CD
- Working with REST and SOAP APIs
- Monitoring tools, such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Zabbix
- Microservices architecture
Most importantly, you’re open to learning new technologies and value transparent communication and close collaboration.
Please note that feeling comfortable with Estonian and English (both at least B2 level) is mandatory for this role.
